We're a small team and we intend to stay that way. Everyone here has a direct line to the product, from data pipelines to pixel-level design decisions. No layers of management, no ticket queues between you and the thing you're building.

What we work with

• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Leaflet, Mapbox GL, vanilla CSS with design tokens
• Data: Open city data (WMS/WFS), real-time transit feeds, OpenStreetMap, BRouter
• Design: Figma, our own design system, prototyping in HTML/CSS/JS
• Infrastructure: Vercel, pnpm workspaces, Turborepo
• Approach: Small PRs, fast iteration, strong opinions loosely held

What we value

Craft over speed. We ship fast, but we don't ship sloppy. The details matter, a well-named variable, a smooth animation, a thoughtful error state.

Curiosity over credentials. We care about what you can build and how you think, not where you went to school.

Open by default. We work with open data, open standards, and open-source tools. We share what we learn.
