We're an agile team mostly based in Zurich and Luzern, building Adaptive Reckoning Intelligence (ARI). We value flat hierarchies, full product ownership, and a deep focus on craft. And we want to have fun along the way.

What we value

Craft over speed. We ship fast, but we don't ship sloppy. The details matter, a well-named variable, a smooth animation, a thoughtful error state.

Curiosity over credentials. We care about what you can build and how you think, not where you went to school.

Open by default. Wherever it makes sense we work with open data, open standards, and open-source tools. We share what we learn.
